We source our coffee from Agrarian Coffee Cooperative Frontier San-Ignacio LTDA. A small cooperative of coffee producers, the COOPAFSI works diligently to maintain sustainable fair-trade practices. Our Red Bay team has been working diligently to get this roast perfected for you. Our head roaster, Karla Mancio, has been diligently roasting and tasting in our Probat Probatone 12 Roaster here in shop.
